Introduction: Giant Unicorn Head Cake Ball
we tried to make a unicorn cake but it fell apart so we made a giant cake ball (ground unicorn meat was shot down for a name).
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar 3 large eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter milk or whole milk (room temperature)
Step 1: Cooking
preheat oven to 350. Spray a pan and set it aside. In a medium sized bowl Wisk flour, baking powder, and salt set aside. cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time (fully incorporate after each addition). Add vanilla, alternate adding flour mixture and milk beginning and ending on the flour mixture. bake for 30 -35 minutes. Add frosting, mash up to desired consistency. Make fondant ears and eyes. Add a ice cream cone horn and bam!
