Gluten Free Chocolate-Orange Cream Pretzel Pie




Introduction: Gluten Free Chocolate-Orange Cream Pretzel Pie

4 Cups Glutino Gluten Free Pretzels, crushed fine
1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Mix well to coat.  Press in pie pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Freeze until cool.

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 3-oz bar Theo Organic Fair Trade Orange Dark Chocolate, melted
1 tsp raw agave syrup

Beat with mixer until soft peaks form.  Fill crust.

Garnish with shaved chocolate, mint sprigs.  Chill.  Enjoy!
