Introduction: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-free Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 cup Stevia
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Gluten-free baking flour
- 1/2 cup water
Step 1:
Cream avocado oil, stevia, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Step 2:
Add egg and beat until combined.
Step 3:
Blend in flour and water, mix until smooth.
Step 4:
Add in chocolate chips and mix well until evenly distributed. Scoop dough onto greased pan.
Step 5:
Flatten dough with a greased spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-16 minutes (we did 14).
