Grinch Cupcakes

I made Grinch cupcakes and you can make them anytime

Supplies

3 cup flour

1 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup buttermilk

4 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1: Preheat

Preheat the oven to 180 celcius

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl put flour, sugar and baking powder and mix.

Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients

Add in the egg, buttermilk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix till the batter looks smooth.

Step 4: Bake

Wipe your cupcake pan with melted butter or olive oil spray and cook til golden, repeat for remaining batter.

Step 5: Icing

Allow the cupcakes to cool down and ice them with your favourite icing.
