Introduction: Halloween Chocolate Ghost Muffin
Incredibly delicious chocolate muffin with a simple cream on top. A minimum of cooking time and maximum flavor. Small chocolate gosts will definitely surprise your friends.
Step 1: Ingredients
For 16 muffins:
- Eggs-2 pieses
- Sugar- 100 gr (3 oz)
- Vanilla sugar -15 gr (1/2 oz)
- Flour- 150 gr ( 5 oz)
- Сocoa powder – 50 gr (2 oz)
- Soda – 1 tsp
- Baking powder -2 tsp
- Vegetable oil -75 ml (2 fl oz)
- Milk – 75 ml ( 2 fl oz)
- Boiling water – 40 ml (1.5 gl oz)
- Sugar powder – 50 gr (1.5 oz)
- Egg white – 1 pieces
- Melted dark chocolate – optional
Step 2: Mixing
Egg with sugar and vanilla sugar and salt mix with a mixer until smooth white lush mass. Then add vegetable oil and mix.
Step 3: Add Milk and Cocoa
Add milk at room temperature and after add the well-sieved flour with baking powder and soda and cocoa powder until smooth (when sifted, the flour is well saturated with oxygen, and the cake becomes more lush). After that add boiling water in the dough(this is necessary to make the dough less dense).
Step 4: Baking
Spread the dough into forms, fill them with 2/3, as when baking the dough will rise well (I used a metal mold and put disposable paper forms in it, you can also use silicone molds for muffins). Then backing about 20 min 180C/350F/4 gas mark
Step 5: Prepare the Cream
Whisk one egg white till soft peaks form.Then add sugar and beat until thick peaks.Put the cream in a pastry bag. Then make of cream Ghost body.
Step 6: Put Eyes and Mouth
Make the Ghost's mouth and eyes with melted chocolate.
