Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 cakes of your choice
2 c. of butter softened
7 c. of powdered sugar
1/2 c. whole milk
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
orange food coloring
1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. heavy cream
ghost marshmallows
candy corn
sprinkles
Oreo's crushed

Step 1: Make Cakes

Bake 2 cakes of your choosing. I chose vanilla and chocolate. Once you bake the cakes cut each in half.

Step 2: Make Your Frosting

Using a hand mixer beat the butter and half of the powdered sugar. Next beat in the milk, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and the rest of the powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Once you have made the frosting you can add the orange food coloring now or when we use it to decorate the cake.

Step 3: Putting the Cakes Together

First make your cakes are chilled. Put your first cake half on the stand and put half a cup or less of the frosting on the top. Then do the same thing for the other three cakes.

Step 4: Crumb Coat

Now is the part where you add the orange food coloring. You add a little less than half of the frosting on the top of the cake and spread it all over the sides and make an even layer. Then you put in the freezer until the frosting is hard.

Step 5: Final Coat & Ganache

In a small saucepan add the heavy cream and heat until it simmers. Then pour the semisweet chocolate chips in the saucepan and let sit without mixing. Then mix until smooth. Drip ganache on the sides of the cake then spread the rest on the top.
