Halloween Rainbow Cookie Pops

Hi everyone! I'd like to show you how to make one of my favorite Halloween treats - Halloween Rainbow Cookie Pops! There are a lot of steps, spread out over two days, but it is absolutely worth it because the result is something that is not only delicious, but also unique.

The best thing about this project is that you can switch up the colors and decorative sprinkles to make these treats work for any holiday / special occasion! Use red/green/white for Christmas, pink/white/red for Valentine's Day, green/white/orange for St. Patrick's Day, etc.

The ingredients for the rainbow cookie batter are listed in Step 1. Additional materials / ingredients are as follows:

21 paper straws

6 ounces bittersweet dark chocolate

1 teaspoon light corn syrup

4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter

assorted sprinkles / royal icing decorations
