Introduction: Ham & Egg Basket
This is an easy, quick, portable breakfast or snack
Salt & Pepper
Start by placing thin strips of ham crisscross into each muffin pot
Break a large egg into each ham basket
Sprinkle plenty salt and pepper into each egg basket.
At this stage add any spice you want to give your eggs an extra kick
Bake on the middle shelf in a medium hot oven until the eggs are set but still soft. Add cheese at this stage if desired
Eat straight from the oven or leave to cool and enjoy on the go!!!
Store in an airtight container and eat within 2 days
