Introduction: Healthy Frozen Candies
I am presenting You frozen candies that are good for your health and perfectly ice cold for hot summer days. I personally like to eat them whenever i feel like having a dessert. They are also very filling and you only need to eat few of them to quench hunger. These candies are completely suitable for vegans and have no added sugars.
Seam mixer/food processor/blender or you can just smash the ingredients with a fork
Ice cube form
Step 1: Ingredients
All you need:
3 tablespoons of peanutbutter (with no sugar in it)
1 tablespoon of chocolate flakes
a handful of dates
a hanful of coconut flakes
one teespoon of cocoa (with no sugar in it)
...This is all you need to make them. I also remind you that quantities are approximate so you can add and remove them to your liking!
Step 2: Dates + Coconut Flakes + Cocoa
First put the dates in boiled (very warm) water (it makes them softer). Then add one teaspoon cocoa powder and a hanful coconut flakes. Mix it with a fork and let it cool down.
Step 3: Blending
Now mix it all together with seam mixer or whatever feels suitable for it!
Step 4: Smash the Banana
Take one banana and smash it! I used fork for it.
Now you have:
one smashed banana
dates, coconut flakes and cocoa all blended together
...So it`s time to put it all together! Just add layers on top of each oder in ice tray! The order of the layers is a personal preference.
And when it´s done just leave it in the freezer overnight!
Step 6: You Are Ready!
