Introduction: Healthy Homemade Pizza
Don't we all love pizza? It's a suitable lunch or dinner for all ages. But, during this lockdown, it isn't really safe to order pizza. What should you do then, if you really want some hot and delicious pizza? Well, this instructable will show you just the way to make healthy and delicious homemade pizza with ingredients you probably already have around your house.
To make 1 Extra Large Pizza You will Need:
1.) 2 Cups of any flour (I used Whole Wheat Flour)
2.) 1/4 Teaspoon of Yeast
3.) Salt To Taste
4.) Pinch of Sugar
5.) Any Type of Pizza or Pasta Sauce
7.) Your Choice of Toppings
8.) Pizza Baking Tray
9.) Pizza Cutter
Step 1: Preparing Dough
Mix Flour, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, and Water to make the dough.
Step 2: Rest the Dough
Rest the dough for about 6-7 hours.
Step 3: Flatten the Dough
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
Step 4: Add Toppings
First, add sauce, then add your choice of cheese. Lastly, add any toppings of your choice. My mom likes all vegetables, so I added all the vegetables that I had around my house.
Step 5: Bake
Preheat your oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, bake your pizza for about 18 minutes.
Step 6: Enjoy!
