Healthy Fruit Snack (No Oven or Microwave Intended)!

Introduction: Healthy Fruit Snack (No Oven or Microwave Intended)!

Make a two ingredient healthy snack instead of eating junk food like Rice Crispies, or chocolate. Eat this for breakfast, or just a snack!

Step 1: Ingredients

The ingredients are:

  1. Yogurt and strawberry jam (I used Fage Total 2% with Strawberries)
  2. Berries (I only used strawberries and blueberries but you can use any fruit)

Step 2: Yogurt

Take a spoon and use it to put yogurt into a bowl.

Step 3: Berries

Get the strawberries, blueberries,.etc and but it into another bowl.

Step 4: Strawberry Jam

Get out your strawberry jam (if you got the same one as I did the jam is connected to the yogurt container) and put it in the bowl that has berries in it.

Step 5: Mixing

Get the berry/strawberry jam bowl and mix them together until all the berries are coated with strawberry jam.

Step 6: Get It Together

Get the bowl with berries/strawberry jam and the bowl with yogurt and put the strawberries(blueberries, etc.)/strawberry jam on top of the yogurt.

Step 7: It's Finished!

You finished it! If you want to eat it later put it in clear rap. This will only last for about (my estimation) 4-5 days.

When's the last time you've eaten yogurt? If you haven't had it in a long time then maybe you should try vanilla yogurt instead of plain because it will probably taste better.

I've tried lots of flavors, but it's just not my thing. A lot of my friends love to eat it for breakfast though. ^.^
