This Healthy and Delicious Mango Smoothie Bowl is the perfect go-to after school snack. The frozen fruits give a refreshing taste, and the variety of toppings lets your imagination run wild! It's extremely simple and safe for kids of any age to make!
This recipe makes one generous serving.
The main ingredients are:
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- Half of a frozen banana (pre-cut)
- 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
- Frozen blueberries
- Milk chocolate chips
- Shredded coconut
Step 1: Blending the Ingredients Together
Put the vanilla yogurt, frozen mangoes, and frozen bananas inside the blender cup. Turn on the blender and mix the ingredients together several times until you reach a smooth consistency. The mixture should be a refreshing pastel yellow colour.
Step 2: Decorate!
Pour the mixture into a bowl and grab your colourful toppings and creative ideas -- here's where the real fun comes in! You can decorate your smoothie bowl with anything, but my favourite toppings are frozen blueberries, shredded coconut, and milk chocolate chips!
