People don't start their day without a sip of tea, and they have an uncountable amount of tea time in the day. Tea refreshes our mind and body, but good quality tea makes the mood of tea lovers.

body. It's completely natural, so it will boost your energy. Here I am going to introduce masala tea making with you all. This masala tea will warm you up on cold mornings or nights. This is more famous in India, from state to state, especially on winter days.

Supplies

For Normal Liquor tea(Black tea)

  • 150 ml of water.
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  • 10 grams of Ginger
  • 2 pieces Cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon of Tea leaf

For Milk tea

  • 20 ml of water.
  • 200 ml of Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  • 10 grams of Ginger
  • 2 pieces Cardamom
  • 1 piece of Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of Tea leaf

Step 1: Making of Aurvedic Liquor Chay

  1. Firstly take the water in a teapot
  2. Add the water in tea pot
  3. switch on the flame
  4. Add the sugar
  5. Smash the ginger a little bit
  6. Add the tea leaf, ginger and cloves along with cardamom
  7. Boil the water for 10 minutes on a medium flame
  8. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar when the tea is prepared and boil for another 2 minutes.
  9. Filter the tea through a sieve.

Your black masala tea is well prepared.

Serve with biscuits or bread.

You can combine for 1 or 2 drops of lemon extract of black salt. That will increase the richness of the tea.

It is popular in India during the winter days.

Step 2: Making of Masala Milk Chay

  • Switch on the flame
  • Add milk to the teapot
  • Smash the ginger a little bit
  • Put the ginger along with cloves and cardamom
  • Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of tea leaves

Note: it is better to add dried rose petals, but it is not mandatory. It put an authentic aroma into tea.

  • Keep sauteing it in medium heat
  • Boil for 10 minutes

when the milk completely boiled and takes brown coloured

  • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Boil for the last 2 minutes.
  • Filter the tea through a sieve.

Note: Fresh milk from a milk farm is recommended; it will be much better if it's buffalo or cow milk. Farm milk tastes different from packaged milk.

Serve with biscuits or bread.
