How I Cut Layers in My Hair ...at Home

Here is a tutorial on how I achieve my short layers in long hair while keeping the length and thickness! Super easy once you get the hang of it. I am NO professional, but I just get better results when I cut my own hair. I have layers all over, and I love it!
