INSTRUCTIONS:
You are going to need:
-Flour
-Baking Soda
-Sugar
-Brown sugar
-Salt
-Cinnamon
-2 sticks of butter (at room temperature)
-Peanut butter and chocolate chips
-Can of pure pumpkin
-Vanilla extract
-An egg
1. In a bowl, add 2 ½ cups of flour.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
4. And 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
5. Whisk this together.
6. Spoon your can of pure pumpkin into a bowl.
7. Beat your 2 sticks of butter on medium-high until it has a smooth consistency.
8. Add ½ cup of sugar.
9. And 1 cup of brown sugar.
10. Beat everything together.
11. Add one egg.
12. And 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
13. Continue mixing.
14. On low slowly beat in your flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon mixture.
15. Add the pumpkin.
16. Mix until the dough forms, be sure to not overbeat it!
17. Add 1-2 cups of peanut butter and chocolate chips.
18. Stir everything together.
19. With a spoon or ice cream scoop (this makes bigger cookies), spoon dough onto your pan.
20. At 375˚ bake for 15-17 minutes.
21. Let them cool for 2 minutes.
22. ENJOY, the ooey, gooey, goodness.
NOTE: If you use the ice cream scoop, you’ll end up with 22-24 cookies. If you use a spoon, they'll be a bit smaller.
