Step 1:

First draw the head.

Step 2:

Draw his shirt. Make sure to add the creases and wrinkles.

Step 3:

Draw in his arms.

Step 4:

And his legs.

Step 5:

Draw his hands. I'm doing them as fists. You can do them anyway you want.

Step 6:

Draw his face and hair.

Step 7:
