Introduction: How to Make a Stir Fry Out of Leftovers

About: Hello my name is Gideon, I am into architecture and I do some arts and crafts for fun :)
Hello I would like to share this recipe with you because I love stir fry's. Every once in awhile your fridge would be full of leftovers. And you don't like eating cold pork and steak, with hard cold rice. Or you are full of vegetables that you don't like eating plain. Well the answer to that question is a stir fry. You can make a stir fry from almost any leftovers, and vegetables. I make it once or twice every week and I love making it.

Step 1: Getting Your Meat Ready

First get your pan on the stove and add about 1 tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil and put it in your pan. Next, if your meat is raw then add it to the pan and cook it, then when it is done take it out and set it aside, if the meat is already cooked then set it aside.

Step 2: Vegetables

Next chop up a few carrots into bite size pieces and put them into the pan with the butter or oil (Note: stir every so often so the food didn't burn).
While the carrots are cooking, cut up other vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers, potatoes (Note: if you use potatoes then you have to chop them into tinny pieces) and corn, if you are going to add corn to your stir fry then you have several different options you can cut it strait of the cob, or defrost frozen corn and add it with the vegetable mixture.

Step 3: Finishing Up

Get out a frying pan and put some butter in it. Crack a few eggs into it and when the eggs are done then add them to the rest of the food.
While the vegetables are cooking, cut up your meat/meat's into bite size pieces and put into pan with the vegetables and add the rice also. Add salt and pepper to taste and add some cheese (optional) to your stir fry. Hot sauce is really good with this recipe too.
