Introduction: How to Pan Fry the Perfect Egg in One Minute

About: I like to cook and I blog about it. I love to garden and everything about it. I like listening to NPR and watching cooking shows. I have two sons. The oldest I put in collage and he is a Medical Assistant.

Place a medium sized ceramic coated pan over medium heat. Add one tablespoon of butter. For best flavor, use butter chunder from a grass fed cow.

After butter has melted, crack the egg over the butter. Using the egg shell, add one tablespoon of water. This is important: Making sure the lid is smaller than the pan itself, place a lid over the egg, and set the timer for one minute.

You will have a perfectly cooked egg every time. Note: Do not use oil, as it will splatter when the water is added. Butter adds better flavor over any cooking oil.
