For people 18+ who want to learn how to roll their own cigarettes so they can choose what paper and tobacco they inhale.

For these instructions you will need rolling papers, rolling tips. and tobacco. I use Element papers, RAW tips, and American Spirit Natural tobacco because they are more natural options with less harsh chemicals but it really depends on what you want.

Step 1: Fold Filter

Fold top 1/4 of filter in zig-zag shape.

Step 2: Roll Filter Into Cylinder.

Roll folded part of filter in to the rest of the filter to make a cylinder shape and place it on the right edge of the paper towards the top.

Step 3: Fill the Rest of the Paper With Tobacco.

Fill the rest of the paper with tobacco. Maker sit you use about as much tobacco as is the width of the filter.

Step 4: Pinch Both Ends of Paper Tightly Around the Tip and Tobacco and Press Down.

After the tobacco is pressed down, roll tobacco as filter upwards inside of paper until just the shiny edge of the paper is showing.

Step 5: Moisten Shiny Edge of Paper.

Moisten shiny edge of paper so it will be sticky. You can use your tongue or a lightly moistened paper towel. Once it is wet, roll the tobacco and filter the rest of the way up onto the paper. Seal the moistened edge.
