Chocolate ganache is very easy to make with just two ingredients! It can be poured over a cake for a smooth and shiny glaze.

Ingredients:
Chocolate - 250 grams

Cream - 250 grams

Step 1:

Place 250ml of cream in a saucepot, and bring to simmer. Chop 250 grams of chopped dark chocolate and place in a bowl

Step 2:

Pour the cream over the chocolate. Let stand for a minute. Stir gently until melted. Let the ganache cool before pouring it over a cake.

Step 3:

To glaze a cake, place it on a rack set over a sheet tray. Pour the glaze into the center of the cake. Use a spatula to spread the glaze over the cake. It should run down the sides and cover the entire surface.

Step 4:
