How to Load Unpacked Extension in Chrome (Easy)

This tutorial will teach you how to load an unpacked extension from a folder on your computer.

Step 1: Enable Developer Mode

Click the switch next to developer mode and a new toolbar should appear

Step 2: Load Unpacked Extension

Click load unpacked extension from the toolbar that is now visible

Step 3: Select the Extension Folder

The folder has to be decompressed (un-zipped). Otherwise it will not be visible.

Select the folder and click OK.
