Introduction: How to Make Awesome Chocolate Chip Cookies

Stand Mixer Scooper Two block butter 2 cup of flour ¾ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 cup of brown sugar ⅗ a cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 eggs 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips

Step 1: Materials

Stand Mixer Scooper Two block butter 2 cup of flour ¾ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 cup of brown sugar ⅗ a cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 eggs 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips

Step 2: Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

Step 3: Step 2: Cover Cookie Sheets

Get 2 cookie sheets and line them with parchment paper or Grease them with butter or vegetable oil

Step 4: Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix all salt, flour, and baking soda together and put aside

Step 5: Step 4: Mix Butter

Plug in electric mixer and mix butter on the medium setting until it’s creamy (if you have a number mixer this means from numbers 4-6)

Step 6: Step 5: Mix Sugar

Put sugars (white and brown) and vanilla in the mixer and mix until fluffy on the medium setting for two minutes (stop the mixer to scrape the sides every once in awhile)

Step 7: Step 6: Mix Egg

Put egg in mixer and mix until blended

Step 8: Step 7: Mix Flour, Salt, and Baking Soda

Add your mixed flour, salt, and baking soda and mix on slow setting and then speed up to medium setting

Step 9: Step 8: Mix Chocolate Chips

Add chocolate chips and mix on medium setting

Step 10: Step 9: Scoop Dough

Scoop out dough and put them on the tray 2 inches apart (DO NOT FLATTEN)

Step 11: Step 10: Bake

Bake until cookies are golden brown (usually 11 to 15 minutes)

Step 12: Step 12: Cool Down

Let the cookies cool off
