Introduction: How to Make Keto Cheese Bread

Step 1: Gather All Your Ingredients

    Things you will need:

    • Shredded mozzarella cheese (3/4 cup)
    • Almond flour (2/3 cup)
    • Cream cheese (2 tbsp)
    • Crushed garlic (1 tbsp)
    • Parsley (1 tbsp)
    • Baking powder (1 tsp)
    • Salt (Pinch/enough to taste)
    • Egg (1)
    • Italian seasoning (as needed for taste)
    • Olive oil (1 to 2 tbsp)
    • Parchment paper

    Step 2:

    Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

    Step 3:

    Place shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, baking powder, and salt in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 1 minute.

    Step 4:

    Stir, then microwave on High for another 30 seconds.

    Step 5:

    Add egg and mix together until a cheesy dough forms.

    Step 6:

    Place dough on parchment paper on a baking sheet and form to the shape you desire.

    Step 7:

    Brush olive oil on top of the dough then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, enough to taste. Top with extra cheese.

    Step 8:

    Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and browned.

    Step 9:

    Remove and enjoy alone or with sauce of your choice.
