Step 1: Gather All Your Ingredients
Things you will need:
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (3/4 cup)
- Almond flour (2/3 cup)
- Cream cheese (2 tbsp)
- Crushed garlic (1 tbsp)
- Parsley (1 tbsp)
- Baking powder (1 tsp)
- Salt (Pinch/enough to taste)
- Egg (1)
- Italian seasoning (as needed for taste)
- Olive oil (1 to 2 tbsp)
- Parchment paper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Place shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, baking powder, and salt in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
Stir, then microwave on High for another 30 seconds.
Add egg and mix together until a cheesy dough forms.
Place dough on parchment paper on a baking sheet and form to the shape you desire.
Brush olive oil on top of the dough then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, enough to taste. Top with extra cheese.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
Remove and enjoy alone or with sauce of your choice.
