Today I will be showing you how I made a paper origami crane because this is something not a lot of people don't know how to do so I decided I could instruct them on how to do so. I even included my on shape design to show that it will work if following the steps and the end process will look like this

Supplies

The only supplies you will be using in the project are

  • Paper
  • Scissors
  • Your hands

Step 1:

Fold your paper like this to get an even square then cut off what under the triangle you can see like in the picture

Step 2:

You will then fold the square in order to get the creases that make it easier to fold you will fold to make a cross

Step 3:

fold it all into this shape by bringing one corner into the bottom one and same with the other side and putting a the top corner on top of all the folding

Step 4:

fold the inside of the diamond onto the middle crease to make it into a skinny diamond

Step 5:

switch which side is foldable as shown above

Step 6:

then point the triangles upward and then you will switch the foldable side again as shown above

Step 7:

fold wings upward and continue to make head as shown above

Step 8:

Admire what you made and show your friends
