Equipment you will need:

1. Chopping Knife

2. Cutting Board

3. Medium Bowl

4. Whisker

5. Frying Pan

You will need the following ingredients for 2 servings :

1 large Banana

½ cup of Flour

¼ cup of roasted Hazelnuts

1 cup of Vegetable milk

½ cup of dried Coconut

2 tbsp of Honey

1 tsp of Baking Powder

1 tsp of Coconut Oil

Step 1: Step 1 : Preparing the Bananas

Start by mashing the banana with a fork and mixing all the ingredients except the flour and coconut oil

Step 2: Step 2 : Mix All the Ingredients

Mix all the ingredients except the flour and coconut oil

Step 3: Step 3 : Add the Flour

Add the flour and honey and mix until all is well combined

Step 4: Step 4 : Grease the Pan

Grease the pan with the coconut oil and cook it in small batches, for 3-5 minutes each side on medium heat.

Step 5: Step 5 : Serve

Serve with strawberries or blackberries on top and enjoy !
