How to Make a Mini Tutu for Soft Toys

This is an easy to make and cute tutu perfect for your soft toys.

Step 1: You Will Need

A long piece of ribbon
And mesh

Step 2:

Cut two thin pieces of mesh and place them on top of each other.

Step 3:

Fold the two pieces of mesh in half to form a loop.

Step 4:

Place the mesh behind the ribbon with the loop pointing up.

Step 5:

Take all the bottom prices of mesh and bring them up through the loop at the top.

Step 6:

Hold the ribbon firmly and pull the mesh to creat a tight knot.

Step 7:

Slide the knot down to the other knots or move it to centre if it is your first knot.

Step 8:

Leave room to tie a bow at the back.

Step 9: Enjoy
