How to Make a Na'vi Tail

This instructable is how to make a Na'vi tail for your Avatar costume.

Materials used:
Blue fabric
Lumiere fabric paint in Indigo
Paintbrush
Pins
Sewing machine
Blue fluff
Wire hanger
Blue thread and needle
Gemtac glue
Rhinestone setter
Rhinestones in White Opal
Safety pins (to attach to costume)

I basically made this up as I went along but it worked out better than I imagined!
