Introduction: How to Make an Easy Dollar Bill Origami Ring for Yourself
Hello today I will show you how to make an easy, neat little dollar bill ring for yourself.
It will be a neat, nice little ring for yourself. I will try and make this as easy as possible for you.
Step 1: Step 1
Start off with a crispy (a crumpled one will work too) dollar bill.
Step 2: Step 2
Flip over the bill. Quite easy, huh?
Step 3: Step 3
Notice how the bill has a whitish margin (white line going on top, bottom, and the sides). Fold the top and bottom ones in. You can flip the bill over and do this.
Step 4: Step 4a
Fold the dollar in half (not completely, though)(once again you can flip the bill over to do it).
Leave a little space when you fold it in half.
Step 5: Step 4b
It should now look like this:
Step 6: Step 6
Fold it in half ALL THE WAY this time. Make sure that you fold it in the same way as the other fold.
Step 7: Step 7
flip the bill over so you can see the ONE DOLLAR words.
Step 8: Step 8
Fold the left part up so you can only see E DOLLAR only.
Step 9: Step 9a
GET THIS RIGHT:
flip the bill so it looks like a backwards L.
Step 10: Step 9b
flip the longest flap over and then make it look like this:
Step 11: Step 10
turn it over so DOLLAR is upside down.
Step 12: Step 11
Put your finger over the shorter flap and wrap the longer part around your finger until you have almost equal right angles.
Step 13: Step 12
Fold the part that is along your finger DIRECTLY toward your fingernail. ONE should be showing.
Step 14: Step 13
Take the ring off and find the flap.
Step 15: Step 14
Tuck the top part into the ring and hold it there [because it might fall apart :( ].
Step 16: Step 15
Now fold the whitish margin towards you.
Step 17: Step 16
Now you are going to finish off the ring. Fold the whole thing over and ONE with a 1 in the background should be in the middle. Tuck the white margin in the opposite side of the ring.
CONGRADULATIONS! You have made a dollar origami ring. Where it with pride, because not everyone knows how to make one.
