Step 1: Locate the Reaper Application on Your Desktop.
Note: This step requires the installation of Reaper before starting.
Step 2: Double-click on the Application to Launch Reaper.
Step 3: Click on the File Tab in the Top Left Corner.
Step 4: Click on New Project to Open a Clean Project.
Step 5: Double-click in the Open Space on the Left to Start a New Track.
Note: This can also be done by clicking the insert top in the top left and then clicking on track.
Step 6: Click on the FX Button Located on the Right Side of the New Track.
Step 7: Double-click on the Desired Plugin Within the Popup Box.
Note: Any plugin can be used for this step. I used H-EQ Mono (Waves) for demonstration.
