Introduction: How to Mix Natural Peanut Butter

I love this natural peanut butter. It's delicious and best of all, free of sugar, salt and additives. The only problem is that the oil separates from the peanuts, so you have to stir it up. It used to drive me crazy until I came up with this method to stir it.

Step 1: Peel Off the Top

The first step is to peel off the top foil. You will see that the oil is sitting on top. Without oil in the peanut butter, the rest of the jar is harder to stir. Bottom line; you have to mix it up.

Step 2: Prepare Your Tools

For this task, we need serious stir power. I use a 12V drill for the task. The first step is to find a wooden spoon. Lock the spoon in the drill chuck the same as you would a drill bit. This drill can be set to low gear (1) or high gear (2). Set it to low gear.

Step 3: Dip Spoon Into the Peanut Butter

Dip the spoon into the peanut butter, grab the peanut butter container with your free hand and slowly start the drill.

Step 4: Stir

Stir the peanut butter carefully for a few minutes, moving the spoon up and down inside the container. If you are careful, you won't spill any. After a few minutes, you are done and now you have a perfectly stirred peanut butter. For best results, keep the peanut butter in the refrigerator. This will keep the oil from separating again.

Enjoy.
