Introduction: How to Play With Your Mind
Many times you are left alone to your own devices and you do not have anything to do, well here are some quiet yet entertaining ways to play a game all with you own body. This is especially helpful in boring meetings, school, waiting to meet someone or just laying in bed unable to sleep.
Step 1: Mind Game 1
The first game is very easy and is quiet, needing only eyes and a leg to play. To start you must be sitting down, start moving your eyes clockwise while open. After you are in the groove. lift your right foot up off the ground and rotate your leg counter clockwise. It takes amazing concentration and mental finesse. Try to do it until you have it mastered.
Step 2: Mind Game 2
This game only works in environments with low-medium noise level. To start close your eyes and disconnect from your body, only focusing on sound. Do your best to figure out what each sound is and where it is relative to you. This game is fun and can even spook you sometimes, especially in the dark
Step 3: Mind Game 3
This game must be done in a respectful manner. There must be people within your line of sight to play this game. To start simply relax and start looking at someone that is not looking in your direction. Try to imagine what their face looks like, their voice, their eye color, and then after doing all of that do it on someone else. After doing this until you get bored again look at the people(or go talk to them briefly) you did and see how close you were to the real thing
Step 4: Mind Game 4
Ok to start this game start with the number two. double that. then double it again. then double it again. Do this as high as you can go without making a mistake. If you make a mistake start over and try faster. This should take away some boredom and even improve some of your mental capabilities in math.
Step 5: Mind Game 5
Play Tic -Tac Toe.....in your mind
Thats right your going to play tic tac toe in you mind. No paper and no markings and no competitor...but yourself.
So how is it done?
To start you have to imagine the 3x3 square traditionally used in tic-tac-toe. Now you have to maintain this and keep track of in your mind where you place each imaginary marker. This game can be incredibly frustrating to start out with because it is hard to maintain and remember where you played each move on the box but it can be incredibly entertaining in a little time of sweet practice.
Step 6: Mind Game 6
This one works best if you have some understanding of basic biology(muscles, blood, blood circulation, joints, bones, ligaments and such) but it is not necessary. To start you are going to create a new type of animal. It has to be something completely original and cannot resemble any other animal in existence. If you don't have the bio understanding just focus on its appearance and what you think it would be able to do and stuff. If you do have understanding of bio create its physical appearance then fill in the bones, the muscles, blood circulation.(example: what type of joint would it have in multiple places;how big is the heart; does it have more than one heart; where are the muscles and do they operate with speed of with extreme power....)
Step 7: Mind Game 7
This one all you have to have is your name. In your mind try to create an anagram using all the letters of your first name. After that do your middle name. After that do your last name. Now try to create an anagram for your first and middle name using all the letters. Now you should be a master so try to create an anagram using all 3 names you have without leaving or adding any letters.

Step 8: Mind Game 8
Now this one is a bit extreme but if needed...just fall asleep.
