Introduction: How to Prepare Yourself for "nite Nite"

Sometimes falling asleep is a hard thing to do. Having a 'sleeping-routine' helps. So here you have some steps that could make it easier for you.

Step 1: Take Off Your Socks and Shoes

No one goes to bed with his shoes, so take them off. To avoid smelly feet you'd better take off your socks too.

Step 2: Pajamas

Take your pajamas (usual they're on the ground where you left them the morning before). 

Step 3: Brush Teeth

Brushing your teeth before you go to bed is a lot nicer for the person you wakes up next to you.

Step 4: Make Your Bed

This makes it easier for you not to get strangled by your own sheets

Step 5: Don't Forget Your Cuddly Bear

He's the reason why you brush you teeth.

Step 6: Crawl Into Bed

Try not to fall when doing this.

Step 7: Hold Cuddly Bear Really Really Tight.

Even better is to tie him up to your body, so you don't lose him.

Step 8: Set the Alarm Clock

It's normal for you to despise this part, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Step 9: Last But Not Least

Close your eyes, clear your mind.
