This ice cream is very quick, easy and delicious! This recipe is perfect for ice cream lovers who are on the go and do not have an ice cream maker at home.

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

1 sandwich size baggy

1 gallon size baggy

1 cup of half and half

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup fine granulated white sugar

Pinch of table salt

1 cup of ice cream salt

5 cups of ice

Scissors

Spoon for stirring

Makes 2 and a half scoops of ice cream

Step 2: Combine Ice Cream Ingredients

First, grab sandwich size baggy

Place sugar, vanilla extract, table salt, and half and half into the baggy and stir

Remove excess air and close baggy tightly

Step 3: Prepare to Freeze

Place ice and ice cream salt into gallon size baggy

Step 4: Freeze the Ice Cream Mixture

Place sandwich size bag with ice cream ingredients into ice and ice cream salt gallon size baggy

Seal the gallon size bag tightly and shake for 5-10 minutes, or until ice cream is your desired consistency

Gloves may be needed to protect hands from the cold

Step 5: Add Desired Toppings

Remove sandwich size baggy from gallon size baggy

Add the desired ice cream toppings to sandwich size baggy and stir until evenly distributed

Step 6: Cut Bag

Use scissors to cut the corner of the sandwich size baggy to allow for easy serving
