Step 1: How to Get the Grubhub App

For Apple Users:

  1. Open the App Store on your apple device
  2. Sign in to your apple account
  3. Find the search bar, and enter “Grubhub”
  4. Press “get” on the Grubhub: Local Food Delivery app
  5. Enter your Apple ID password.

For Android Users:

  1. Go to the google play store
  2. Sign in to your google account
  3. Enter Grubhub in the search bar
  4. Press “Install” on Grubhub: Local Food Delivery app
  5. Enter your Google password.

For Web/PC Users:

  1. Enter https://www.grubhub.com/ on your preferred web browser

Step 2: How to Create an Account

  1. Click “Sign In”
  2. For new users, select “Create account” or continue with either a Facebook or Google account
  3. IF CREATING ACCOUNT WITH AN EMAIL:
    1. Input your email and password you would like to use
  4. IF CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT WITH FACEBOOK:
    1. Press the Facebook logo under “or continue with”
    2. Press “Continue” to allow GrubHub to use Facebook to Sign in
    3. Login with your Facebook information or allow the app to redirect you after pressing “Open” when asked “Open the page in “Facebook”
  5. IF CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT WITH A GOOGLE ACCOUNT:
    1. Press the Google logo under “or continue with"
    2. Press “Continue” when a pop up arises to allow GrubHub to sign up with Google
    3. Choose an account to sign in with

Step 3: How to Add Your Name

  1. Select “My GrubHub” which is the second tab from the left on the bottom
  2. Select the gear on the top right corner of your screen
  3. Select “Name”
  4. Input your First and Last Name

Step 4: How to Add Payments

  1. Select “My GrubHub” which is the second tab from the left on the bottom
  2. Select the gear on the top right corner of your screen
  3. Select “Payments”
  4. Select “add new payment”
  5. Select any of the given options, depending on what you like to purchase with

Step 5: How to Add Address

  1. Select “My GrubHub” which is the second tab from the left on the bottom
  2. Select the gear on the top right corner of your screen
  3. Select “addresses”
  4. Select “Add a New Address”
  5. Input all Address information in the given blanks
    1. the asterisk( * ) indicates that it is required

Step 6: How to Add School Affiliation

  1. Navigate to “My GrubHub”
  2. Click on “campus dining”
  3. Click on “Find your campus”
  4. Type in your school
  5. Now you will add your campus card by clicking on “Add campus card”
  6. Choose your graduating class
  7. Login using your Cal Poly credentials

Step 7: How to Place an Order

  1. Pick a place to eat from 12 delicious restaurants and select it
  2. Scroll through and tap on your food item of choice
  3. Specify the quantity and any customizations. Then click “add to order
    1. If at this point you do not want the food item, tap on the x in the left top corner
  4. Make sure your item is in the basket correctly
    1. Then you can add another item
    2. If you are done ordering click, “Continue to checkout”.
  5. Review your order and make sure payment is selected.
  6. If payment is not selected, click on “payment” and choose payment plan of choice
    1. Meal Plan Declining Balance is for meal plan users

Step 8: How to Pick Up Food

  1. When your food is ready, walk down to the restaurant and pick up your meal
  2. Maps are provided if you need help navigating to the restaurant by clicking “Get Directions”
