- highlighter
- a black light.
Step 1: Gather Materials

Step 2: Mix Two Tablespoons of Water and Baking Soda
Step 3: Add the Highlighter Liquid to the Baking Soda and Water Mixture
Step 4: Get Your Cotton Swab and Dip It in the Mixture and Write Your Message
Step 5: Let It Dry
