Introduction: Italian Chicken and Veggies

About: Hi, I am a 15 year old girl who likes reading and studying God's word. I like to read, write and craft. I love to craft, but I don't like buying a bunch of fancy expensive materials. I also love to volunteer…

This is a quick, easy meal that my whole family loves. All you need is:

  1. A bag of red potatoes
  2. A bag of fresh green beans
  3. 1 stick of butter
  4. A packet of Italian Seasoning
  5. A pound of Chicken breast

Preheat oven to 355 degrees.

Step 1: Chop the Green Beans

Rinse your fresh green beans and chop them into bite sized pieces.

Step 2: Chop the Chicken

Get your thawed chicken out of the fridge. Drain any juices from the package, and then chop chicken breast into bite sized portions.

Step 3: Potatos

Thouroughly Rinse potatos, then chop into large bite sized pieces. Lay all ingredients in rows in glass cake pan.

Step 4: Add Butter

All you need is one stick of butter, chop it into pretty large chunks and then lay them evenly across the potatoes, green beans, and the chicken.

Step 5: Italion Seasoning

Take one packet of Italian dressing mix and sprinkle over all ingredients.

Step 6: Cook!

Place pan in the oven and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check chicken by cutting a piece in half; if the middle is pinkish, it isn't done, cook for another 15 minutes and check again.
