Introduction: Jalapeño MAC N CHEEZE

Ingredients:

2 Cups Macaroni

4 Cups Almond Milk

1/2 Cup Cashews

1/4 Cup Tapioca Starch

1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Cup Water

2 Large Jalapeño

Step 1: Cooking Macaroni

In a large pot combine the macaroni and almond milk. Boil until the macaroni soaks up almost all of the almond milk.

Step 2: Making Cheeze Sauce

In a blender combine the cashews, tapioca starch, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, salt and water. Blend until smooth.

Step 3: Adding Jalapeño

Add the cheeze sauce to the macaroni with jalapeños.

Step 4: Cook Until Sauce Thickens

Heat on medium heat until cheeze sauce thickens.
