Japanese Sweet Potato Chips

Introduction: Ingredient and Preparation

About: I'm a career woman and a mom for 2 boys. Now we are creating our edible garden and try to avoid outside food. So we will plant our own vegetables and cook the nice food :)

1 big japanese sweet potato
Vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning

Slice the sweet potato using peeler to get the thin slice. The sweet potato is a bit hard, and using peeler is easier compare using grater.

Step 1: Fry and Enjoy the Snack!

Fry the slices of the sweet potato in medium high heat untill no bubble come out anymore. Then we will know it is ready and as a result, we get the crispy chips.

Drain from the oil and sprinckle the seasoning if you wish. It very fast. Less than 10 minutes spend time in the kitchen and you can spend more time with your kids. Enjoy!!!

    I am a little biased when it comes to chips, but I do love sweet potatoes. Sounds yummy.
