Introduction: Keto Bread
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Finely Ground Almond Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
Pre-heat your oven to 375° and evenly spray PAM onto pan of choice.
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
Step 2: Separate Egg White From Egg Yolks
Step 3: Using a Hand Mixer, Whip Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar in a Large Bowl.
Step 4: Whip Egg Whites Until Stiff Peaks Form. Set Aside.
Step 5: Using Hand Mixer, Whip Egg Yolks, Melted Butter, Almond Flour, and Baking Powder in Large Bowl. These Should Be Well Combined.
Step 6: Add 1/3 of Whipped Egg Whites and Fold Until Well Incorporated.
Step 7: Fold in the Remaining Egg Whites Until Well Combined.
Step 8: Pour Batter Onto Pan and Place Pan in Oven. Bake for 25 Minutes, or Until a Toothpick Inserted Into Bread Comes Out Clean.
Step 9: Remove Bread From Oven and Allow Bread to Cool Before Cutting.
Step 10: Cut Bread Into Squares.
Step 11: Enjoy!
