LM386 IC Amplifier

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make an audio amplifier.In this amplifier we will use LM386 IC.This IC amplifier sound is very good.

Let's get started

Step 1: Take All Components As Shown in the List and Picture

Components required -

(1.) Resistor - 1K x1

(2.) IC - LM386 x1

(3.) Speaker x1

(4.) aux cable x1

(5.) Battery with connector - 9V x1

(6.) Capacitor - 25V 10uf x1

(7.) Capacitor - 25V 220uf x2

(8.) 0-pcb x1

Step 2: Cut Pcb

Cut pcb in the size of 1.5x1.5 inch.

Step 3: Connect Components

Now connect all components with IC on pcb and solder it according to the circuit diagram.

Step 4: After Adding Components

after adding all components on the pcb it will look like the given picture.

Step 5: Connect Speaker

Next Connect speaker to the pcb according to circuit diagram.

Step 6: Now Connect Aux Cable

Now solder aux cable to the pcb according to circuit diagram.

Step 7: Solder Battery Wire

Last step is to solder the battery wire to the circuit.

we can give 9V DC power supply to this circuit.

Step 8: Amplifier Is Ready

Now amplifier is ready to play.

Connect aux cable to the phone,laptop,tab,.......and play the songs.

Enjoy with full volume.

NOTE:If you want add a switch then add a switch between the wire of battery.

This type you can make LM386 IC to amplifier.
