Step 1: LUMPIANG SARIWA

This lumpiang sariwa is made up of different nutritious vegetables like cabbage, carrots, potatos, singkamas, peanut and it also mixed with chopped chicken. A healthy and delicious food fresh from Philippines

Step 2: My Ingredients

Lumpiang Sariwa FILLING:
1/4 kl. Chicken breast (or pork)

1 medium-sized Potatoes (cut into strips)

1 small Carrots (cut into strips) 1/8 kg Green beans (cut into strips)

1 large Sweet potato (cut into strips)

1 medium-sized turnip onion and garlic .

fish sauce 1 tsp. ground black pepper to taste

1 pc. Chicken broth cube 2 tsp peanut

Lumpiang Sariwa WRAPPER (Yield: 10 pcs)

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 cup water

1 tsp. salt

3 tbsp oil

2 eggs

Lumpiang Sariwa SAUCE

2 cups wate

r 1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 cup cassava flour (or cornstarch) pinch of salt

Pero yong ginawa kung sauce 1 condense milk Peanut Water

ADDITIONAL chopped peanuts (for garnish)
