How to make Lemon Pepper Baked Chicken. I hope you enjoy this recipe and make it into your own.

Supplies

Ingredients

Chicken thighs

Lemon Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Garlic Salt

Butter

Honey

Olive Oil

Step 1: Let the Baking Begin.

First, let your chicken thaw out, and ensure you wash and clean your meat well. You can use vinegar or lemon to clean your raw items. Then you want to always preheat your oven to 400 degrees before starting.

Step 2: Add Your Seasonings.

After patting your chicken dry, you want to add olive oil to the bowl first. Add 2 tbsp of lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and garlic salt. Mix it all making sure each chicken breast is coated with the seasonings you added.

Step 3: Pan It All Up.

Now that the chicken is seasoned to your liking, you can use a pan or a skillet. Make sure you oil the pan or skillet first before adding your chicken thighs. I also added a little water to it.

Step 4: Let It Cook.

Now that you got your chicken thighs to line up on the pan sheet, you then add butter on top of the chicken thighs, cover it with aluminum foil, and put it into the oven for 30 to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, uncover it and let it cook for another 30 minutes or until it’s crispy enough.

Step 5: Making the Lemon Pepper Sauce.

To make the sauce you want to add 2 tbsp of melted butter, lemon pepper seasoning, and honey.

Step 6: Add the Mixture to the Chicken Thighs.

Mix it and pour it on top of your cooked chicken breast thighs.
