Introduction: Loaded Baked Potatoes

About: I have been sewing and crafting for several years, my children are grown so now I have lots of time to be creative. I enjoy photography, cooking, cake decorating, painting and sharing my projects with others.

You can go to McCalister's Deli and get one of these delicious spuds, or you can make your own!

This recipe serves 2.

Lets get started!

Step 1: Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes

1/2 stick Butter

1/2 cup grated cheese

3 slices of Sliced turkey

3 slices of Sliced ham

3 strips Cooked bacon

small can sliced black olives, drained.

1/4 cup sour cream

chopped green onions

Salt and Pepper

Step 2: Bake Potatoes

Pick 2 potatoes, uniform in size. Wash well and poke with fork.

Slather with butter and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Step 3: Chop Meats

Cut up three slices of sliced turkey, 3 slices of sliced ham and 3 slices of cooked bacon.

Set aside.

Step 4: Build Your Potato

Cut open the potatoes.

Place 3 pats of butter and 1/4 cup grated cheese on each potato.

Add chopped turkey, ham and bacon bits.

Sprinkle the sliced olives over the meat.

Top with a spoonful of sour cream and chopped green onions.

Salt and pepper to taste.
