This is a small instructable to show you how easy it can be to make a wonderful pasta dish. It's quick, easy and tastes great. So here goes, you will need:

500g of mince meat (ground beef)
250g of pasta, whatever kind you like (macaroni, spaghetti, lasagne, linguine, fettucine, whatever)
1 x packet of pasta sauce (choose the flavor you like). It can be in powder form or a liquid packet of sauce.

(If you want to make your own sauce, here is a quick cream sauce recipe:

3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/3 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese

In an saucepan combine the cream, butter and salt over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until thick enough to coat a spoon. Stir in the chopped flat-leaf parsley and remove from the heat. Add the grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese when tossing with pasta. Takes about 10 minutes to prepare, another 10 to cook and serves 4.)

Step 1: Prepare the Mince Meat

Use a large saucepan (20 cm / 8 inch in diameter) and cook the 500g (1 lbs / 17.6 ounces) of mince until brown in 15ml (1 table spoon) of oil.

Step 2: Add the Pasta

Add the 250ml (1 cup) of milk, 700ml (3 cups) of water and the packet of powdered pasta sauce to the browned mince in the saucepan. Stir once or twice then add the pasta. If you got a liquid packet of pasta sauce then do not add the 700ml (3 cups) of water, but rather follow the instructions on the packet.

Step 3: Bring It All to a Boil

Bring everything to the boil, stirring regularly. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked to your liking. Serve and enjoy! You should get 4 decent helping from this dish.
