Introduction: Making a Simple Pendulum
A simple pendulum is a Physics Toy which consists of two parts
1) A bob which is the heavy part of the pendulum
2) A thread or string or wire which is connected to the bob and is used to hold the pendulum.
Isaac Newton in the 16th century discovered the properties of the pendulum and used it as a time keeping device.
To make our own version of the pendulum, we will need the following supplies.
Supplies
- A small piece of string, 40 centimeters long
- Two coins
- A clothes pin
- A scissor
- A roll of self adhesive tape.
