Introduction: Marcie

About: My name is Sabine. I'm a hobbyist with a variety of interests, including 3D printing, tinkering, music, stories etc.

Hello, I'm Marcie and I'm Sabine's "voice of reason". I keep reminding her to eat healthy and high quality food.

Step 1: The Glaze

At the beginning, I was a rather unimpressive, naked, 600 mm long wooden spoon. So at first I got a three layer water-based ebony glaze and a little piercing.

Step 2: The Barbwire

Oh, this is a whole different story. But I will show you in a video how Sabine assembled it. I hope you enjoy it.

Step 3: The Blood

This is just one of the silly things (beside the aluminum foil) Sabine came up with. I've really no idea why this was necessary. Maybe just because I was the prop of her costume "The Horror Chef". Ridiculous.

The blood was made with a hot glue gun. First I was covered in aluminum foil, wich turned out as a r e a l l y bad idea 'cos it was a pain in the "Allerwertesten" to get rid of the foil. My advice, don't do that, rather use something non-adhesive.

The blood stain was painted in red acrylic paint and later taped on.

Step 4: The 3D Printing Part

Sabine designed a really small black name tag (30 mm x 15 mm x 1 mm) in Tinkercad, sliced in Ideamaker, 3D printed on the Ender 2 and dry brushed with silver acrylic paint.

Step 5: The Handle

I got

- a fine soft red leather ribbon helically wrapped around

- black and red leather straps attached to the piercing of

my handle.

Step 6: The Assembly

All items were placed and taped, glued or tied round my wooden body.

At least I like my new outfit.
