Introduction: Masal Vadai

Masal vadai is one of the famous snacks/ street food in South India. As the name suggest, it is a blend of lentils, spices and veggies. Masal vadai's are crispy outside and soft inside.

Step 1: STEP 1: Soak Channa Dal 3-4 Hrs and Grind With Red Chilli Coarsely Without Adding Water.

Step 2: STEP 2: Grind Fennel Seeds, Green Chilli and Garlic With Little Water and Add to the Mix.

Step 3: STEP 3: Add Mint, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Onions, Salt and Mix Everything.

Step 4: STEP 4: Heat Oil in a Pan for Deep-frying, Take a Lemon Size Mix and Gently Flatten It With Your Hands and Slowly Drop in the Oil. Flip to the Other Side and Fry Until Vadas Are Golden Brown.
