500g ground meat

500ml sieved tomatoes

200g perennial celery

100g basil

50g breadcrumbs

2 onions

1 egg

1,5 teaspoons salt

1,5 teaspoons pepper

Step 1: The Sauce

Fry the onions with a bit oil in a hot pan and add the celery a few minutes later. Stir till the onions are golden and pour the sieved tomatoes to it. Mix everything a cover it with a lid and let it simmer.

Step 2: Meatballs

Give breadcrumbs, the egg & basil to the meat. Add a half teaspoon salt & a half teaspoon pepper. Now mix everything together and form small meatballs by hand.

Step 3: Finish

After 15 minutes place the meatballs in the pan and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy with some noodles rice, potatoes or.... Look at my other work.
