Step 1: Scoring

Cut in half, then you want to make a grid by sliding knife as far down as it will go,vertically then horizontal. do not go all the way through, just to bottom of the inside. Yours should look like the picture

Step 2: Carve Around

Your going to take the knife along the inside of watermelon, just along the white part of rind and go all the way around.

Step 3: Middle Cut

Take knife and make a 3-4 inch cut in the center on both side. This make cube cuts once it's poured into bowl.

Step 4: Pour and Serve

Find a big bowl and dump in and enjoy. It may take you a few times to prefect size of cubes. But you can always just slice cubes in half of the come out large..But it will just slide out and that's what I love about this method not Tim consuming, no large mess and easy.
