Introduction: Mini Electric Screwdriver

Hello! I am sharing my self-developed cordless electric screwdriver. This electric screwdriver is made of affordable components and modules. With the help of this electric screwdriver, you can repair mobile phones, laptops and other electronics.

This project requires the following components:

  3. Charging module TP4056 micro-USB
  4. Polymer Lithium Ion Battery 18650
  5. LED 5 mm
  6. Wires
  7. Neodymium Magnet 4x1.5mm
  8. M2x10mm Screws for laptops - 6 pc
  9. M2x5mm Screws for laptops - 4 pc
  10. M1.6x2.5mm Screws for laptops - 2 pc
  11. 3D printer filament: ABS or PETG plastic

Step 1: Tools

Tools needed for making an electric screwdriver.

  2. Soldering iron
  3. Solder
  4. Wire cutter
  5. Tweezers
  6. Super glue
  7. Phillips screwdriver
  8. Adhesive tape
